IMPORTANT NOTES

  • Special Congress accommodation rates have been negotiated for the Congress prior to the printing of the Registration Brochure. The Congress Organisers accept no responsibility if hotels offer cheaper rates compared to the rates advertised below. Hotels may offer “special rates” or “standby rates” at their discretion.
  • Delegates who cancel their accommodation must inform The Meeting Planners in writing of their cancellation forty days prior to arrival and NOT directly with the hotel. No refund for accommodation cancellation will be made after that date. Deposit refunds will be issued after the Congress.
  • Delegates must settle the balance of their account with the hotel upon check out.
  • In the event of a no-show to a booked room, your deposit will be forfeited.
  • If you have booked direct with a hotel please advise the Congress office of the hotel name and dates booked to ensure you do not miss out on any information that might be dropped off at the hotels.
  • Accommodation bookings will NOT be accepted after Friday 21 April 2006 by The Meeting Planners. You will need to liaise directly with the hotel. We therefore cannot guarantee the discounted tariff that is published.
