Over many years we have been responsible for managing numerous educational and scientific programs for world associations. We work closely with the Scientific Committee to plan all aspects of the Program timetable and this care is extended to looking after all Speaker needs.

The Meeting Planners has developed and introduced the most innovative and ‘user friendly’ call for papers and abstracts on line system ever used in Australia. This Web Abstract Viewing Entity (TMP WAVE) is developed and owned by The Meeting Planners, enables delegates, authors, reviewers and others to submit, review and view all submitted abstracts online without downloading, printing and transferring files. This system has been used successfully by many clients and recently handled the World Psychiatric Association (WPA) International Congress which featured 28 concurrent sessions, 1,000 abstract submissions, 600 speakers and 2,800 delegates over two venues..... see what our clients say about this facility.
