Conference Support Team
Let’s face it – the events industry can be demanding at times. Our staff need to be able to lean on each other – and they can. We foster a harmonious workplace and an environment that strives to achieve work/life balance. As the Chief Executive Officer of TMP, Karine Bulger plays a role in every conference, and provides constant behind the scenes support to the twenty plus staff members at TMP.
The Meeting Planners has developed a highly successful conference support structure. To ensure the highest level of personal service The Meeting Planners will provide a Conference Support Team to work closely with and manage the Conference. Each Conference is allocated a Conference Manager who works closely with the Chair and Committee and is supported by a Conference Coordinator, Conference Assistant plus a Sponsorship and Exhibition Manager. The Executive Team of CEO and Executive Manager are also part of this team guiding with a strategic view. Our administration team, working in the areas of accommodation, delegate services and finance, also provides support to the key conference staff. This model has proved to be extremely “user–friendly” and the Conference Administration and Delivery system offers further peace of mind to Committees.
