We work closely with the sub committees ensuring efficient follow up. Our experienced and dynamic Conference Support Team will guide and advise where appropriate enabling committees to focus on the “big picture” issues. This allows peace of mind in the knowledge that the administration of the conference is being comprehensively managed.
One of the keys to ensuring a successful conference is to develop and adhere to a realistic and accurate critical path. The tasks form the basis for the Agendas and the Action Notes are followed up to meet the stated deadlines. The Critical Path Plan flows through the development of the conference to the Onsite Management once your conference is under way when the team moves to the venue and up to the delivery of the Final Conference Report.
